Return Policy

Thank you for choosing BrainVTA as your service vendor! Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies.

You have 1 day to cancel your order from the date we receive your PO. In order to maintain the quality of all products, we are unable to process any returns for any delivered or in-transit items.

We will reship products for orders where there was a delay incurred through the shipping process. Once the item is delivered and signed for, we are unable to offer a replacement as a result of internal delays.
