FAQ

Order
Only minimum orders of $30 and more will be fulfilled.
You can add/remove items until you receive the order confirmation email which is generally within 30 minutes of placing your order. Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping.
Delivery
If you place your order before 11AM, it will be delivered on the same day, depending on the slot availability. However, any order placed after 11AM will be delivered automatically as of the next day.

You can advise the driver to do so. But please bear in mind that our products are fresh and may spoil if left for long.
After we receive your order, we will confirm the availability and you will be charged as per the latest order confirmation. If you were charged for the missing items, please contact us to rectify the amount.

Most of our product are made-to-order and prepared on the same day of delivery.

Payment
You can pay online with your credit card.
If you are not happy with your delivered products, you can return at the time of delivery. Refunds can be done only by original mode of payment. But please note that perishable food items cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements will only be issued by the Company if the perishable item does not match the order or the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item or a perishable item does not match what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Representative at customercare@myfreshdelmonte.com, our chat option at www.myfreshdelmonte.com, or at our toll free number at 833-82 FRESH (833-82-37374) with the following information:
  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at time of arrival
  • Photograph of damaged or defective item
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
If the perishable item(s) does not match the order placed or the item is defective or damaged, Customer may either: (1) have a replacement sent at no additional charge; or (2) have all transaction-related charges, including product charges, sales taxes (if any), and shipping and delivery charges credited to the account or wallet on file for the order; or (3) receive a refund of all transaction-related charges, including product charges, sales taxes (if any), and shipping and delivery charges, which will be issued to the bank card or the account of any other payment method originally used to place the order. Except for defective, damaged or non-matching orders, no refunds for perishable items will be issued by the Company.
Quality
Quality is our main priority. Every order is inspected by our QA Team. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will replace your order.
