Refund Policy
If a customer who purchased our product online wishes to return it, he/she can do so within 15 days of receiving delivery. We will ensure that the amount is refunded to the customer’s bank account within 15 working days after we receive the product. The following terms and conditions are applicable for such refund:

- If the customer is not satisfied with our product, he/she can return it within 15 days. We will refund the entire amount to the customer’s account within 15 working days.
- The product has to be sent to the following address and the refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 15 days of receiving delivery:
- The facility for refund is available only on products purchased online through www.ttdevassyjewellery.com and not directly from the showrooms.
- To initiate return, the customer should contact us and he/she shall be guided through the procedure.
- The customer will be charged an amount of Rs. XXX for courier/pick-up of the product.
- The customer shall share the PAN number and also return the original invoice, product certificate (BIS/IGF), insurance certificate etc. along with the product to process the refund.
- This refund shall be subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team. Any damage, lower quantity of the product, wrong product, wear and tear etc. shall be intimated to the customer along with details of the corresponding reduction in the refund amount.
- The refund amount shall be paid either via internet banking (NEFT/RTGS) or through account payee cheque only. The refund shall not be made in cash under any circumstances.
- The 15-days refund policy shall not be applicable on purchases of gold coins, silver articles and custom-made products (orders with custom design, engravings, personalised products etc.) and products purchased using discount coupons or promotions.
- T T Devassy Jewellery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising in respect of any transaction are subject to Chavakkad jurisdiction.
Exchange Policy
Customers can contact us directly for any exchange transaction. The following terms and conditions are applicable for exchanges:
- For exchange of gold jewellery, the customer will be provided with up to 100% of the value.
- For exchange of diamond jewellery, the customer will be provided with up to 100% of the value. In the case of uncut diamond, exchange rate will be up to 70% of the stone value.
- For exchange of platinum jewellery, the customer will be provided with up to 90% of the value.
- If the exchange of jewellery is made within 15 days from the date of purchase, 100% of the invoice value shall be given as exchange value to the customer. However, this would not be applicable for customised/custom-made products.
- Exchange value/amount will be calculated after deducting any discounts/promotions provided in the invoice at the time of original purchase. Further, no value will be provided in lieu of making charges, taxes etc.
- The customer shall provide a copy of PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/Electoral ID/Driving License/Passport.
- The exchange shall be subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team. Any damage, lower quantity of the product, wear and tear etc. shall be intimated to the customer along with details of the corresponding reduction in value.
- T T Devassy Jewellery reserves the right calculate the value of the product exchanged based on the examination of product.
- No exchanges are allowed for custom-made/customized jewellery and watches with international warranty. In the case of other watches, the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer are applicable.
- T T Devassy Jewellery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising in respect of any transaction are subject to Chavakkad jurisdiction.
Shipping Policy
Shipping of orders from www.ttdevassyjewellery.com is very safe, secure and hassle free and our products are insured during transit by an insurance company. Our courier partners are Blue Dart and Ecom Express. We will dispatch orders through one of these courier partners depending upon the availability of their service with regard to the shipping address.
1. Shipping Charges:
a. Shipping is FREE OF COST for all orders within a radius of 30 km from the Kunnamkulam, Kerala showroomb. For other orders, shipping cost shall be communicated to the customer at the time of order based on the location of the customer.
2. Every order of our products placed through www.ttdevassyjewellery.com shall reach your doorstep in a tamper-proof packing and in good condition.
3. Delivery shall be made only to the identified person. Hence, the customer needs to enter the correct details of the consignee/recipient (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) including name, complete address, pin code, landmarks nearby and contact number for hassle-free delivery. At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide his/her government-issued proof of identity with photo (Passport, PAN Card, Driver’s License or Voters ID) to collect the product. The receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.
4. Delivery Location: Orders can be delivered only to the consignee/recipient’s residence or work location in India. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at public places like a mall, hotel, restaurant, hostel, or on the street. If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the courier partner will make two more attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is still not reachable/available, the product will be returned to our facility.
