Cancelation Policies

1. We reserve the right to cancel any of the orders in the event of any discrepancy. Reasons for cancellation from our end usually include unavailability of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also reserve the right to seek additional  customer information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We will notify you in case your order has to be cancelled partially or completely or if any additional information is required for the purpose of accepting your order. 
2. After the order is placed, it can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. In case of cancellation before dispatch, cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and the balance 98% of the amount will be refunded to your account.[AC1]  
3. On receiving the cancellation request prior to dispatch, the amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment within 15 working days. 
4. Cancellation of custom-made/customised jewellery products and gold coins will not be accepted under any circumstances. 
5. T T Devassy Jewellery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
6. Any disputes arising in respect of any transaction are subject to Chavakkad jurisdiction.
