Pomegranate & Granola Parfait
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup pomegranate
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons honey
Preparation:
In a bowl, Mix the honey with yogurt.
In a container, add a layer of granola, yogurt, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve
