Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 can tuna with water
1 small tomato cut into cubes
1/2 cucumber cut into slices
6 pieces black olives
1 tablespoon low fat feta cheese cut into chunks
1 green onions, cut into rings (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Dressing
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic peeled and minced (if desired)
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix all dressing ingredients in bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the dressing in the bottom of the jar, layer the salad ingredients (tuna, cucumber, tomato, black olives, lettuce, green onion, cilantro and feta cheese crumble).
Place the lid on and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Shake well before eating.
