Order
Delivery is free for orders above AED 50, otherwise AED 15 will be charged.
You can add/remove items until you receive the order confirmation email which is generally within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Delivery
If you place your order before 12 noon, it will be delivered on the same day.

You can advise the driver to do so. But please bear in mind that our products are fresh and may spoil if left for long.
After we receive your order, we will confirm the availability and you will be charged as per the latest order confirmation. If you were charged for the missing items, please contact us to rectify the amount.

Most of our product are made-to-order and prepared daily.
Please check the product pages for information on ingredients and allergens.
Payment
You can pay online with your credit card or you can add money to your wallet in your account. You may also pay by cash or credit card on delivery.
If you are not happy with your delivered products, you can return at the time of delivery. Refunds can be done only by original mode of payment.
Quality
Quality is our main priority. Every order is inspected by our QA Team. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will replace your order.
Account Details
You can add multiple delivery addresses to your account. Please make sure to select the desired delivery address while checking out.
Subscription
You can create your subscription under the “Subscription” tab in your account page.
You may have as many as you like.
You can pause or cancel 1 day before the intended delivery date.
