Order
Delivery is free for orders above 150 Sar, otherwise 15 Sar will be charged.
For adding and removing items from your basket, this is possible as long as the order is not yet verified. You can remove the items from your side meanwhile, for adding items to your basket, you need to contact us at customercare-Sa@freshdelmonte.com or dial 800124955 DELMONTE for quicker response.
Delivery
If you place your order before 8PM, we can deliver your order on the next day.

You can advise the driver to do so. But please bear in mind that our products are fresh and may spoil if left for long.
After we receive your order, we will confirm the availability and you will be charged as per the latest order confirmation. If you were charged for the missing items, please contact us to rectify the amount.

Most of our product are made-to-order and prepared daily.

Payment
You can pay online with your credit card or you can add money to your wallet in your account. You may also pay by cash or credit card on delivery.
We aim to deliver only high quality fresh produce to every household, therefore every order is carefully inspected by our Quality Team before we ship them. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any of the products you received, please contact us at 800124955 or email us at customercare-sa@freshdelmonte.com within 24 hours post delivery.
To file a complaint, we suggest to take photos and send them to our official email address, otherwise we may also need to collect the product if further investigation will be required.
Once the product is confirmed unfit for consumption, we will proceed with replacement (depending on the availability of stocks of the same item) or refund (either full or discounted amount if a promo code is applied). The refund will be issued to the same credit card or to your Fresh Del Monte wallet if paid by cash. If the order is placed using as a Guest, you will be required to sign up an account to proceed with wallet refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded except in cases in which Del Monte shipped the incorrect product. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount may reflect to your bank statement in 5-7 business days.

Account Details
You can add multiple delivery addresses to your account. Please make sure to select the desired delivery address while checking out.
Subscription
You can create your subscription under the “Subscription” tab in your account page.
You may have as many as you like.
You can pause or cancel 1 day before the intended delivery date.
